no access to wp-admin

Hi,
I cant open the wp-admin interface for my website.
I wanted to install an update for the theme I use: X | The Theme by envato but whenever I want to open the wp-admin interface I just get a white screen.Following the FAQ I deactivated all polg-ins using the phpMyAdmin, but the problem remains.
whenever I want to open /wp-admin/theme-install.php i get an error 502 Bad Gateway, but on all other ways to open the wp-admin I just get a white screen.
My current PHP Version is 7.4
and my PHP-error-protocol has this error. I think its connected to the problem?
‚Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted‘ I dont know anything about php, so I dont know how to fix this.Id appreciate if you could help me with this problem.

Eine weitere Komische Erkenntnis die ich heute hatte ist folgendes: wenn ich in der Meldung „ZUgriff auf die Website ist nicht möglich“ auf den Button „Ich möchte diesen Fehler jetzt beheben“ klicke komme ich auf die Einstellungsseite und es ist alles pulsierend ausßer „Website löschen“
Das macht mir Sorgen, dass irgendwas so kaputt ist, dass ich die Seite komplett neu machen muss?

Hi das geht leider nicht, weil ich dazu angeben müsste um welche Seite es geht, diese aber nicht erkannt wird und daher ich keine Mail abschicken kann und keinen chat starten kann.
Dort steh nur unbekannt website.
