Password, codes and mobile lost! How to reset my password?

    Hi,
    I forgot my password and so I asked for a resetting it. But, transaction codes are also lost, and mobile contract is dead, so I am not able to get the SMS-code for reset as well.
    I need to make some administration on my blog for which I pay 99 € a year, but not currently not able to do.
    In the meanwhile I have used a second accout for the administration ((E-Mail nur für Moderatoren und Mitarbeiter sichtbar)). But since some days this account is no more able to administer the plugins for example, because this account is not that one paying for the blog.
    So I would be glad to get help for a reset in any other way.
