  Dear Sir or Madam,

  My name is Tokpeou (username: tokpeou), and I have had a WordPress account since 2017 (www.tokpeou.com).

  Since May 2022, I could not access my account because the system does not recognise my e-mail address and/ or password. When I tried to recover my password, I didn’t get an e-mail to change it. Also, it did not go into the spam folder.

  Therefore, I created a new provisional account. However, I would prefer to access my old account. Could you kindly help me to recover my WordPress account?
