problem with utf8 and linked blogG

Hello,

I have two problems now. The first one and for me most important is that when I write a blog entry on http://blog.glomme.de, everthing looks fine.
When I receife then the Email about the blog entry (and also the connected users) a sentence like this :

„UTF8 Unterstützung geändert habe“ looks like that into the Mail „UTF8 UnterstÃ¼tzung geÃ¤rgert habe“

The same Problem I had before with the subject but that was solved bey replace into wp-includes/pluggable.php the line:

$phpmailer->Subject = $subject;

into:

$phpmailer->Subject = „=?UTF-8?B?“.base64_encode($subject).“?=“;

And when I save the file it works. So can someone help me with my body problem? And maybe also fix it into a future Release of WP?
For example the bug with the subject ist now known since version 2.3 of WP.

warum schreibst Du in einem deutschen Forum auf englisch?
Und warum liest Du nicht die sticky-Posts, z.B. den hier:
https://de.forums.wordpress.com/topic/hier-keine-selbstgehosteten-blogs

Dann wüsstest Du, dass Du im falschen Forum bist …
