Problem with Zoho Forms

  Hello,
  i have a WordPress website and i use Zoho Forms
  one form is running on the German site and the English version Form is running on the English translated site.

  the German site is not showing the visiters the Form automatickly they should press on a button in order to open the forms
  in the english one is loading automatickly and no problem
  example:
  German : https://www.genius-lsa.com/kontakt/
  English: https://www.genius-lsa.com/en/contact/

  can some one help me to fix this problem?
