Publishing of reports do not function – The button ‚publish‘ is not there

  As I installed gutenberg I have problems to publish articles because the buton is disfunctioned, it is away. There is only the button ‚plane‘, but I do not want to plane, I want to publish fast without waiting. So I am the Admin with all rights, but I cannot publish my article on my blog. Please help me, I don’t know how I can solve this problem! Best regards
