put a link into the featured pages section

  Hey Radiate team!
  I would like to put a 3rd section into the featured pages section. The section ‚the rising Sangha‘, which is already in my primary menu, should only give a short information of another website and by clicking it, the user should be linked to this website. Unfortunately, I cannot choose the menu site ‚the rising Sangha‘ in the featured pages section.
