Scoll down from a different page without plugin

  Hello everyone

  So i use Hestia as an theme and i made it work so that if someone clicks on contact it scrolls nicely to the contact on the same page, but if i am on a page that is not with contact and i i press contact on the header section nothing happens. I know there are plugins but can i do it without? Thanks

  Der Blog bei dem ich Hilfe benötige heißt (nur für angemeldete Benutzer sichtbar).
