Show post only when in 2 different categories.

Hi! I want to create a blog with recipes for people who got food allergies. Usually people got more than one allergy, so I want them to be able to choose from a list of allergies and then only display the recipes that work for them. Now comes my question: is there any option to only display an article if it part of 2 or more categories? For example only show recipes that do not contain nuts (category ’no nuts‘) AND no shellfish (category no shellfish) AND no apple (category no apple)? I’m also happy to hear any other idea on how to solve the filtering :) Thanks!
