The Rezdy plugin is programmed to show iframe but it does not

i work together with the developer of Rezdy.com on this issue. They wrote me this email:
Hey Ben
Not at the moment, I will get back to you if needed. I would also strongly recommend raising a ticket with WordPress telling them your widget code is not happening in an Iframe. Our knowledge of WP is not as extensive as our knowledge of Rezdy and they may be able to identify something we cannot. It will be most efficient if both are checking at the same time.
