Transfer Domain

  Hello Support,
  sorry to bother you with such issue but the team decided to move our website to a new hosting company, it is not exactly what was done, but currently when I do a check of our website it shows a mix of name servers and wrong SOA. For example, together with the new A and MX records, the old NS and SOA records are shown, the example below.

  mysite.de SOA 21600 ns1.wordpress.com (E-Mail nur für Moderatoren und Mitarbeiter sichtbar) 2005071858 14400 7200 604800 300
  mysite.de NS 21600 ns1.wordpress.com
  mysite.de NS 21600 ns2.wordpress.com
  mysite.de NS 21600 ns3.wordpress.com

  How we can remove this information? When I log and check the domain information, I can’t find anywhere where I can remove these records. Or should I upgrade to premium and then remove this information?
