Trouble with Login

Dear community ! I tried several times to login to my WordPress admin account. But the login fails every time I try it and I have not a clou what’s happening. It’s not about the password I think. It’s just that nothing happens at all after I type in my username and my password and try to enter.
I tried to change the password because I thought maybe it would work then, but it is just the same case. When I shall type in my username oder e-mail adress and enter, there is nothing happening at all.
Now I am very confused and hope someone could maybe help me ?

Leer mal den Browser-Cache oder nimm einen anderen Browser…

Das kann natürlich sein. Allerdings kenne ich mich da nicht aus und wüsste nicht, wie ich das rausfinden kann bzw was ich ändern müsste.
Hast du da vielleicht ein paar Tipps ?

Hey, falls es noch irgendwas gibt was ich tun kann, wäre ich für alle Tipps dankbar !
Ansonsten würde ich meine Domaines etc wohl oder übel kündigen und schauen, ob ich das Ganze irgendwann nochmal neu angehe…
