Updating WooCommerce to 4.2.0 causes white screen

  I updated Woocommerce to 4.2.0 and since then I only see a white screen WSOD.
  When I deactivated plugins, I found out, that the WooCommerce plugin causes the problem. Also extending memory didn’t work.
  Any ideas how to bring my shop back to life?
