Urgent help! Needing reactivation of my domain name to transfer it to another provider

    Hello,

    i’d like to transfer my domain ‚kouemou.com‘ from WordPress to another Hosting provider (one.com). I did have the premium tarif but then i cancelled it. Following the instructions about transferring a domain name to new registrar does not help since i don’t see the option ‚transfer domain‘ which we’ll allow me to get the AuthID.
    i’ve read in other forums that the domain ‚kouemou.com‘ might need to be reactivated since i cancelled the premium option. If so please can you help me in this matter?
    I’ve raised this issue (in German) since the 23th of October 2017 and i’ve got any assistance till now.
    Furthermore my email address ‚(E-Mail nur für Moderatoren und Mitarbeiter sichtbar)‘ is not active anymore since the domain ‚kouemou.com‘ is in the so called ‚redemption period‘.
