[Website] and [Host + Domain] from two different companies

I would like to create a website which is accessible for Chinese too. This is why I need a hosting service from Hong Kong. Therefore my question:
Can I create a free WordPress site which is subsequently hosted by a seperate company in Hong Kong with a domain that is given to my from this second company?
