Where to remove lazy load tag from LCP image?

  I am trying to speed up my website healthsectornews.com by removing the lazy load tags from the above-the-fold elements.

  The specific page in question is https://www.healthsectornews.com/simple-all-natural-device-helps-relieve-migraines-within-minutes-2023-us-market-introduction-2short/

  Now I have found the specific page in the myphpadmin database editor->wp_posts->post_type->page and selected the page in question. Then I went to the image code and removed the loading=“lazy“ tag and saved it.   Does anybody know if this is even the right location to edit this or whether I am missing something else.
