WordPress 5.6 and 5.6.1: Can’t publish my Drafts anymore!

  Since WordPress 5.6 I can’t publish my Drafts anymore! I always get the Error: ‚You seem to be offline!‘, if I’m logged in with a stable and active DSL-Line or Mobile Internet Data.

  How can I fix this Issue? The Problem persists in WordPress 5.6.1.
