WordPress Account crashed, (fatal error) can’t get in anymore

  I set up my self hosted website via uniteddomains.com, connected everything and started working. after a while, i got a fatal error (can’t remember what kind of) and everything crashed. afterwards couldn’t log into my wordpress dashboard anymore. can’t do the account recovery. wordpress keeps telling me that there is NO such user, but if i try to create a new wordpress account it keeps telling me that i can’t use this email, since there IS already such a user….please help!
