WordPress Login fails working from Jamaica

    Hello!

    My programmer / admin is in Jamaica since a few days and since he is there he can’t access the WordPress login site.

    https://’domain’/wp-admin/

    It says:

    SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

    The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

    From germany i get access.

    Any idea? anybody heard of problems login in from jamaica?
