Cant upload blogger content to my wordpress

  Hello, I had download my blogger content to move it over wordpress blog.I split the content into files and upload them one month ago. Now I do the ame again for the rest of it nad my content is not uploading.Certainly,is less than 15 MB as the rule says.Can u help me with it,so as to upload the rest of the content easily??Thank you.
