FTP credentials

  What I am going to ask is probably stupid, but I am going to ask it anyway. How can I find my host and port information (FTP credentials)? I’ve looked everywhere on the internet, but the tabs they indicate I should visit on the control panel, simply do not exist. Does it have to do with the fact that I have chosen the free plan? And if so, is there a way to obtain this information?
