WordPress Login issue

Hello everyone,
I started building a wordpress site at a free host and everything was working fine. I decided to buy a domain and a host package and rebuilt the same site there. Even though I installed the same plugins and did everything the same way, a login issue appeared. When a user tries to login, with the popup plugin I used or with woocommerce account page, sometimes it just redirects him to the same page without him being logged in. Some other times it works fine. I tried many solutions I found online about wordpress login issues but I think none of them was similar to mine, because the users couldn’t login all, while my login works sometimes. After failing to fix it I decided to move the site from the free host to my new host using a plugin called duplicator. I thought that any problem with wordpress installation (which I don’t know if is the case) whould be avoided this way. That didn’t work either. I am pretty sure that the problem isn’t caused by a plugin because the site works perfectly fine at the free host. I have checked that the latest version of every plugin and wordpress is installed.
