Ayuda no puedo entrar a mi panel de control!!!!

  Hola a todos!

  Ayer estaba intentanto instalar algunos archivos y por error borré el archivo config.php lo volví a instalar, pero ahora no puedo entrar mi panel de cotro, a parte en mi página aparece un error en la parte superior, no sé donde tocar y la verdad tampoco quiero empeorarlo, si alguien me pudiera ayudar se lo agradecería enormemente, mi pagina es madride.net y aquí dejo el error que me aparece una vez que he hecho login.
