  Regarding new policies of including and extra charge of VAT for Spain in my domain’s renewal which is tomorrow, I want to know what can I do to change my billing address or information in order to avoid that VAT extra charge, since I’m living in Hong Kong which is outside of the EU. I’ve changed my payment method and use one of my bank account in Hong Kong, but it looks like it is still requesting me to pay the extra charge for VAT. Please, help!
