  Hello,

  I am contacting you regarding my account linked to my school email, which I do not have access to since 2022. I would like to request a cancelation on the domain and request a refund please.

  I did this for school and I am realizing I am still paying for this renewal.

  I would really appreciate you help and assistance regarding this matter.

  I don’t even remember the school email I had nor the domain name, but my name is Isabel Da Corte, DOB 04/29/1993 . I hope this information works because I realized this is happening because I saw the charge on my card.

  I understand that you are still getting these charges on your credit card, right? If you have access to it, I’ll need to ask you for some information, but we may be able to help you recover your account and cancel the purchase from there :)
