    Hello, tried to sign up with premium plan, my payment was declined with code AXLZNE . why is that, and what should i do?

    A veces ocurre eso cuando se cambian los números de tarjetas repetidamente, como una medida de prevenir fraudes.

    Así que he marcado este hilo para que te responda un miembro de la plantilla y te ayude a resolver el problema (soy voluntario y no tengo acceso a tus compras).

    Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: «Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.» They’ll get back to you from there.
