Changing my Header Image

A few days ago I changed my header image and I realized that it did not fit well in the hole I wanted, so I tried to change the header photo again but since that day it will not let me, when I change the photo it says it is Changed but then the old blog continues to come out, please, could you help me to solve the problem. Thank you.
