    Good day,

    We are currently encountering a difficulty in the Woocommerce plugin. At the time of making a purchase, by pressing the ‘checkout’ button, the system is taking 30 seconds to direct the purchase.

    Does the plugin present problems at the moment?

    Is it possible to confirm that the plugin is working correctly?

    What recommendations can we have to review this?

    Hi there!

    Right now, I can’t think of any WooCommerce’s bug that may cause that problem. If the site is hosted here with us, we should be able to check if there’s any conflict with any of the other plugins/themes. That being said, I’m not seeing any sites linked to you account. Do you mind sharing its address with us?
