domain redirect not working

    1) I purchased a domain with GoDaddy (years ago)
    1) Jun 2017 i paid to use my godaddy domain with wordpress (dns redirect $13) (expiring Jun 2018)
    2) March 2018, i paid for a personal plan.
    3) March 2018, i asked for a refund of the personal plan
    4) they removed the plan AND the domain purchased before (incorrectly, they were supposed to delete the plan only)
    5) i cant make it work again!!
