Error 500 and Elementor plugin
-
Hi.
Lately, I’ve had a problem using the WordPress platform for my website. As I navigate, there’s a moment when «ERROR 500» appears on my screen. And I can’t navigate as a user nor I can’t try to enter the page editor in WordPress for this error. I’ve called my Hosting server and he tells me that it’s not exactly his problem (I doubt it a lot). Then, watching some tutorial videos on YouTube I found a possible solution that’s to turn off the plugins one by one until you find the culprit. I had to do it by entering from the CPanel. When I turned off the fourth plugin, the page seemed to recover. However, the presentation of the index was bad. So I resolved to re-activate the previous plugins and dedicate myself to solve the one that presented a flaw. But the page was «frozen» when I was trying to navigate in it. When I typed the URL the page then requested a special password and a username. I wrote all the possible user names and passwords unsuccessful. I contacted my hosting server and it took 5 days to solve it!. My specific topic, since now my site can finally be navigated, is that after the repair the navigation is extremely slow. And I don’t feel to be in safe from «Error 500». One of the hosting consultants (who take an eternity to answer) asked me if I used the ELEMENTOR plugin. Actually, I use it. But he has not answered me about Elementor. Urge someone can help meEl blog con el que necesito ayuda es (visible solo para usuarios conectados).

Sorry but you are in the wrong place.
These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.comWordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
http://wordpress.org/support/If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
Cheers.
