  Vale, lo haré en español, y traduciré luego para el inglés.

  Estoy realizando la FCT, prácticas, en el Ayuntamiento de El Tanque, municipio en Tenerife, Canarias. Mi proyecto se ha basado en algo que la alcaldesa quiere proyectar y crear.

  Mi proyecto esta basado en la creación de un formulario de incidencias para los habitantes de El Tanque. Es una web de incidencias donde marcan varias casillas según el problema, ponen algo acerca de su información personal y dirección de la incidencia.

  Esa información se almacena en una base de datos, llamada incidencia, con esta estructura:

  Bien, a parte de eso, he creado 3 webs para visualizar las incidencias: – La primera es para observar todas las incidencias de cualquier tipo y poder borrarlas definitivamente, como un Admin. – La segunda sirve para un concejal, de Aguas, solo tiene permitido visualizarlas y resolverlas, que dando a un botón lo que hace es modificar el problema_agua en 0, así no lo eliminaría y no le aparecería, en cambio al Admin le seguiría saliendo. – La tercera es para una concejala, quien interviene en los demás problemas, cuando los resuelve simplemente marca como resuelto y se modifica los problemas en 0 así como la segunda web, y el Admin viendo que la casilla problemas está vacía puede eliminar la incidencia.

  Todo esto funciona a la perfeccion con un servidor XAMPP, ahora bien, quiero pasarlo a WordPress, he accedido a la base de datos, creado una tabla llamada incidencias con las mismas columnas exactas. Ahora, cómo puedo pasar el CSS, PHP, enlazarlo con el html, es lo único que necesito saber.

  Además he creado una APP en Android Studio para visualizar la web que quiera, entonces solo me queda como hacer eso y ya estaría, gracias por escucharme

Now how can I pass the CSS, PHP, link it to the html, that’s all I need to know.   Voy por partes:

  El proyecto parece muy interesante, pero este tipo de personalizaciones escapan un poco del tipo de soporte que damos desde aquí. Por lo que entiendo, lo que quieres crear tiene una una mezcla de PHP, HTML y CSS, así que seguramente te interese desarrollar la herramienta dentro de un plugin. Hay bastante documentación al respecto en el Codex de WordPress.org y seguramente puedan echarte una mano en sus foros oficiales:

  Dicho eso, sin entrar en muchos detalles y a título meramente personal, te recomendaría que probases a usar la ayuda de una IA para crear el plugin. Para soluciones sencillas suele ser bastante efectivo :)
