    Good afternoon. I have the free version of wordpress and I cannot use the “Easy Media Download” plugins. I need a free option that allows my blog users to download jpg or png images. Do you know of free alternatives that can help me do this?

    That being said, you could use the File block to add these images in a very simple way:
