I accidentally closed my other wordpress.com account. I’m not able to recover it.

    I accidentally closed my other WordPress account and I did not receive an email in my inbox about this closing. Now it is closed for 30 days before losing all my data but I was trying to use the recovery form in ‘https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery’ but it shows an error about ‘the site does not do exists in the WordPress’ so the form does not work for me because my site is another hosting.
    I need access because I purchased a plugin in Woocommerce.com but I did not know closing this account will lose the WordPress account. Now what I can do for recovering my account?
