I cannot see my blog typing the domain I've purchased

Hi guys:
I’ve had this blog for a while: https://wordpress.com/plans/jorgemarpezblog.wordpress.com
And it used to be associated to the URL i’ve purchased from a different company: trazosdevida.com
From some months now, I get this message whenever I try to get into my blog, typing that URL: Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
People from the other company says it is not their bussiness, and I am supposed to find out what happens on your side.
Can You guys help me?
