I can’t find my old site

  I was creating a site for the past two weeks but now it won’t show up. I had still not connected a domain as I planned to do that after the site was built. Whenever I try to check one of the pages, I get the message:

  ‘Something unexpected happened while accessing this website. It looks like it doesn’t have an active domain connection upgrade to link the requested domain name to the WordPress.com site.’

  ‘If this is your domain name and it has recently stopped working, it’s possible that your plan or domain may have expired. Please log in to your WordPress.com account and review the status of your plan and domain.’

  When I log in to the account, it requests I upgrade to the creator plan, but I still cannot see the site I was working on in the past, it just shows me a really past version of the site. I’m not sure where I can even see my old site show up.

  What can be done for me to find my old site? The site link is: https://futurosautoresdelmundo.wpcomstaging.com/

  Buenos días.

  Tu sitio usaba un plan Creator que fue cancelado y reembolsado con lo que todo cuanto había instalado en el revirtió a un plan gratuito. Por eso todo el contenido creado a posteriori o a través de plugins y temas de terceros ha desaparecido. Por ello también no funciona la conexión de dominio ya que esta requiere un plan de pago para funcionar.

  Puedes restaurar tu sitio activando un plan Creator (aunque sea durante un breve tiempo) y restaurando una copia de seguridad a través de jetpack -> copia de seguridad.

  ¿Dicho esto, podría saber que es lo que no te funcionó para que cancelases y rembolsases el plan?
