I cant find my subscription or domain purchased

    I purchased a domain casmsb.org on June 11 and I Can’t find the invoice or the subscription it was a $96.00 invoice. the invoice number is 58286247. I can’t find it nowhere in my account and I don’t see my domain purchased. I can’t edit the DNS either.

    My account says that I have no plan or subscription. This is insane

    I was checking the domain casmsb.org and from what I see, the domain is owned by a different WordPress.com account. Do you remember if you have another WordPress.com account using a different email?

    However, if you have the Transaction ID from your Bank, you can use the following form to recover the account: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
