I can’t upload an image in the media

    Hello I have a problem and I want to know if you can help me. When I want to upload an image in the media the upload fails and then the page give me a message, the message says like this ‘The indicated file failed the upload test.’, sometimes the page give me another message, the message says like this ‘The indicated file cannot be uploaded, please try again later.’. I don´t know what to do, I spend some days trying to solve this problem and I don’t solved it yet. I don´t know the solution yet, I don’t know if I need to do some updates or trying to disable puglins. I tried with a plugin but it doesn’t worked. I expect you to help me please, thanks.
