I need an invoice

Hello:
I created a transaction on november 9 (US$13.00) for one of my domains, i believe this charge was related to a dns upgrade for a plan. I would like to receive an invoice for this charge, it doesn’t appear in the billing section of my user/account.

It doesn’t appears on your billing history because that subscriptions is linked to the account of the other administrator from your site.
Ask them to check it for you and they should be to help you with that :)
