I need my refund, I was charged twice

My friend and I are making a website and payed for the premium package on WordPress.com, but we had to cancel it because we didn’t realized we had to pay 96€ each year until that moment and we asked for a refund which we got immediately. Yesterday, April 14th, we decided to pay the 96€ yearly no matter what so we did the purchase again, but since none of the templates were working, we decided to cancel the the purchase one more time, get a refund and close the website because we thought that starting over would fix it all. I was sent this email telling me I was gonna get the refund back and my partner checked his bank account today, April the 15th and he got the 96€ more charged, in total of 192€. This time we got charged twice, so we cannot understand the situation, but what we really want is for your team to refund us the whole amount because it is it fair. My friend had to cancel his card just to make sure no more money is taken. We also saw in a forum that an user had the same problem back ago and seems like he didn’t got the refund back. Since my friend went to the bank, this one have us a fraud letter to fill and sign so we can take more action in all this, I really don’t want to fill it up but if this situation doesn’t get fixed completely, all I got left to do is just to sign that one. It’s not possible that you took double the money.I really hope you can understand, but we really need the money, specially during this hard times.
I hope we can have a quick answer cuz this is a huge matter.
