Importing & Exporting CSV

Hello Everyone, I hope you are well,
My website has a plugin that allows customers to import and export products using csv files I also use the reccomendations given by AWS for the infrastructure of a WordPress site, however I am constantly receiving TimeOut Errors (504) from CloudFront, I would like to know if someone has experienced this problems in the past and if there is any solution.
From CloudWatch it would seem that nothing is wrong I cannot see where the problem is, I have been able to see that ELB some times takes 50 seconds to receive a response from the server, I believe this is what is causing the TimeOut but I can’t see what is causing the delay.
