Jetpack Security Daily Was Canceled?

    Hi Guys

    I have just logged in to see that my Jetpack Security Daily was refunded, I do not know why this happened. But please can we reinstate it? I understand this will bill the original card used too.

    I just checked it and that subscription was canceled from our end because we received an email where you asked us to cancel it. From what I can see that email was sent from your address last Thursday.

    If you want, I can follow with you there so we can talk about it.

    Head spam moment, we had meant to cancel the WooCommernce subscriptions plugin, not the jetpack!
    Ok thank you. I have paid again, but it would be fantastic to get the same price as the original version!
