My domain is not linked to my profile

I need your urgent support, as it seems that my domain https://perspekteva.com/ is not connected to my profile (I do not see it within my profile). I registered perspekteva around 2015 and have been renewing the account on yearly basis. Please kindly help me to understand why I am unable to see it from my dashboard (kindly note that my user name has been also updated, including a very odd one exactlydistinguished…). Have I been hacked? Thanks

Don’t worry, you haven’t been hacked, it’s just that the site is linked to a different account to the one you’re using to write to us. Try logging out of the session you have open from your Profile page and then try logging in using the correct email.

Los recordatorios de pago siempre se han hecho al mismo email (el asociado a la web, desde el que no encuentro el perfil de perspekteva.com). Por favor, enviad el correo o ayudadme a hacer las gestiones que precise para poder gestionar el site y hacer la renovación que caduca ahora. Gracias de antemano
