My husband can’t access his WordPress site

  Good evening, he’s trying to access his creator level site, but he installed Wordfence and he got locked out of the site, he activated 2FA and then made a rollback to a previous version, finally he got locked out from WordPress, he was the only admin, so there’s no way he can come back to set something else.

  Also, because he can’t access Happiness Enginers because he needs to login, nothing’s working.

  Any way to recover his blog?

  Correct account: Yes

  He didn’t setup his Filezilla yet, so he doesn’t have access to the Wordfence plugin files to whitelist himself, so only WordPress.com has the solution, but I thought the 2FA was setup for the site, not for the whole WordPress.com site, he’s not able to login at all at WordPress.com

  Hi there!

  I checked the site and it looks like they’ve managed to get in. I can see he has made some changes in the last few days :)

  That said, I flushed the site’s cache and reconnected Jetpack, just in case there was still something there.
