My post is published on the blog of someone else ????

  I wrote this post in my blog: https://sdg4education.wordpress.com/3-preguntas-sobre-la-salud-mundial-respondidas-con-open-data/, and pressed ‘published’. However, it doesn’t show on my blog, but is published on a blog of a so-called http://justintadlock.com/
  If I click on edit the post on his blog, then it goes to a US site with the same wordpress domain name: https://wordpress.com/post/sdg4education.wordpress.com and in front of it, it says: WordPress.com Automattic Inc [US]. I dont understand anything of this …. Is this a security issue of WordPress? Thank you
