MY web has completely dissapeared!!!

  I was checking the webpage I had designed back in 2017-2018 and have found NOTHING!!! while I was trying to access it I have found the message: the site is experiencing technical difficulties…in the backoffice I can’t find anything of alll my work!!
  How can I recover it…please let me know I can recover it.
