Hello there,
I’m writing this to figure out what happened to my purchase I made some minutes ago. I’m trying to start a website and I bought your personal plan to launch my it, so I went ahead an bought it through Paypal. I got the receipt through Paypal and the money was effectively sent, but there was no change to my page. In fact, it says I still have the free plan…. I don’t know what to do… Please help? Maybe refund?

I just checked your account but I wasn’t able to find any trace of the purchase. Did you get a receipt of the transaction on your email?
