Plugin and User name Problems

    Good morning,
    When I try to go to my website I got this error:

    I tried to go into my administrator account but it saids that the user name and email doesn’t exist but it does exist, I have emails where I got all the wordpress information, so is the correct email.
    I dont know how to fix this problem.
