Reverse a site deletion

  recently I deleted a wordpress site, since less than 30 days, and i want to get again the site, as says in the following wordpress support: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/#reverse-a-site-deletion.

  But when I contact with them, wordpress says that site is linked with another account, which is wrong, because i start it with my with my current and unique account.

  the site i want to get is: libsiglo21.wordpress.com

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Unknown
