Some items cant see in dashboard

    Hi,

    I have the wordpress 4.7 version and maybe about 1 month I cant see the dashboard, pages, post, tools, but I cant see or edit asppearance, plugins, widgts, menu, etc…

    I can see some videos and said that is permissions issues, but I dont know where to. I see the db users but nothing happens.
