Suscription pop up widget doesn’t appear in any place in the site

    the subscription window does not appear on the site. I can see it in my Mac application but not on the site itself. I have entered the code as needed in the installation of the widget and then set to ‘publish’. I put it at the bottom of page 1, 2 and 3 and also in the sidebar and yet it does not appear anywhere. I need help.
